While Tony's resignation during negotiations was surprising there is nothing sinister in his continued role within the company. He is simply doing what all companies during the transition phase. However I do agree that I would have like this to be included in the announcement as unlike other people employed within plv he was viewed as a critical person within the organisation. This is consistent with what other companies do within the ASX. Look at bhp, Leighton, etc.
