re: Ann: Agreement Signed with American Intra... dasha - my understanding is that it would be a "dual listing" and that the Nasdaq share trades result in the depository bank (in this case Bank of New York) would then buy the equivalent volume of ASX shares on market in Australia to fulfil the Nasdaq trade. this would be a benefit to the ASX shareholders as they would now have the expanded demand and liquidity that the Nasdaq trading would bring
