I recall Tony saying that the bond didn't need to be paid immediately so we could be earning interest on it. That said I don't think he gave a specific date by which it needed to be paid. It is also conceivable they've used some portion of these funds to kick start the mining and this subsequent debt facility will plug some of those used funds.
