all mel had to do was negotiate with BOF on how the new guidelines impacted on their operation, while BOF provided as many police as needed.
police cost money and goodwill - and BOF's cut was the 2km zone.
it's becoming very apparent that PH and the board never understood that, and have caused this company enormous financial damage with their dummy spit.
