Hardman Resources Limited (“Company”) advises that its 2005 Annual General Meeting will be
held at the Ballroom Central West, Burswood Convention Centre, Burswood International
Resort, Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, Western Australia on Thursday 24 November 2005
commencing at 9.30am.
Under the Company’s Constitution a person (other than a Director seeking re-election) is eligible
to propose his or her nomination for election to the office of Director at the Annual General
Meeting if such nomination is left at the Company’s registered office on or before 11 October
2005.
This notice is given by the Company in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
