So granting of ATP's marks the start of proceedings according to RC... At the very least we can assuming that Total are still committed to the Deal... a bit more certainty has been achieved. I expect an announcement from Total in due course confirming the JV go ahead.
The last comment...

Does any one have an idea of the approvals required (and the likely time frames) from here before the JV can start on ground operations ?
