2 questions for ogt (or another kind soul):

1. would punters who bought kdr on 12/3 (i.e. the day the price spiked after trading halt) and needed to sell for "end of T3" be required to sell their shares on 15/3? your mention of "T3 and Fri afternoon" confuses me as it suggests they would not be the same day?

2. and why is this so? i trade with commsec and, unless i sell shares the next day after buying them, i am required to pay the full purchase price. i can only assume some brokers have a deal where if you sell within 3 days you only pay (or receive) the difference in trade values?
