edd...I think it might be worthwhile distinguishing between the company and the individual here. The fact is there's no question Len is definitely out (albeit remaining a significant shareholder at this point in time). He owns the UCG relationships and the UCG partners will be highly unlikely to want to play with CBQ without his involvement. If you want to back a UCG play I am sure you will eventually get an opportunity as Len will no doubt continue to focus in that direction - its his passion He's a highly capable individual and I cant see him wasting his intellect sitting on the sidelines as a shareholder in a coal play. Now that's not to say a coal play can't be lucrative under the right guidance...
