The reality is, Wattenburg has been proven up vertically for years/ Silo etc, but plenty of troubles also working out the best completion techniques and a few duds for the Horis.

First horizontal well in new location, and over 400IP is a very good result.
Forget the Wattenberg claims and acreage values

AKK have oil and gas, they will now complete the second horizontal off the same area wit this NEW knowledge, and that bodes very well for incremental improvements from here.

I still think this result puts acreage over $2000, and likely $2500, but $10,000 is a few gushers away yet, agree
