    No, I doubt they will go to market for a capital raising. They will negotiate a share placement representing a fair % of the company for a partner to put in the required $.5Bn, recognising that once .5Bn is provided free cashflow of $6Bn (using current reserves and estimates) will be avsilable over 20 years.
