Company "talks" of 20 whatever companies in discussion they've even broken it down into areas of focus.
Librarys & tech have both been upgraded over recent years
Yet still it's over 2 years since they've found a new partner willing to commit.
Talk about new deals with bigger upfronts bigger commercial terms yah yah yah but with 20 or whatever in discussion they still can't formalize with just one of them ?
don't forget standard terms to date are anywhere from $500K - $2M up front & no-one can say that small sums like that are even a blink for multi billion dollar Top 10.
For a company marketed as a world leader in it's niche with the company running it's 3 deals a year rant then that translating to 1 out of 6 deals forecast materializing over that 2 year period
well who knows ??
