A top in this timeframe relates to an 8 year cycle. See 1989 and 1997.
As for the dates of 07/10 and 19/10 unfortunately I can't reveal that as I am bound by rules of another forum.
19/01/06 is a reliable cycle that brought in the exact low in May and 25-26/01/06 is the Martin Armstrong PEI cycle low. I would suggest you do a search and read what you can on his ideas.
