please elaborate ENN!! you got me worried now.. So according to you I shouldn't be getting the property investment SMSF.. i was actually setting up using all the money in super but then later start keeping a little in the super for the rain days (whenproperty stays tenant free). I guess it doesn't seem to be a good strategy.hmm
