Are we? Seawall construction was meant to start in January 2013. Has it?
In November 2011 PLV announced that the JV had chosen a onshore seawall over a offshore seawall which would have given much more tonnage but cost a lot more. They chose onshore seawall when they didn't have a lot of money and needed to at least lock something in.

Since then the cost of onshore seawall has reduced substantially so we are told. This would also mean the cost of offshore seawall has reduced.

Have they actually started the onshore seawall? Have they changed their minds and looking for funding for the offshore seawall instead. OR are they just typically late!

Have they chosen offshore seawall for the tonnage because they have come to realise they cannot do the stage 2 and 3 cutbacks.

So many questions, and YES Buddy 134 I have tried to contact our new CEO by email with these questions but it seems shareholders are not even worthy of an acknowledgement that the email has been received.

Pretty poor for a new CEO.

Feels good to have a discussion about relevant matters for current times rather than discuss Napoleonic era historical irrelevent issues such as JTC or PFS or SST.
