I can undrstand your thoughts selling above assets backing.
I recall just before the financial crisis property trust , including this one were often 5% 10% above "stated" asset backing, these valuations were often wildly overstated.
But AEU might be good for 13c next year hopefully, and slightly better than PIC increases after that.
I will sit on mine as I cant afford to buy into another diaster. The cant keep going up much longer, but slow and steady is good enough for me.
