TBE, imho no EGM has been called as yet, this is only STEP1,early days though momentun is gathering.
QUESTIONS? Answers to ANATOL's post 9153206 on 11-3-2013 would be a nice start.
If NSE management is not sitting up & taking notice of this "requisitioning" then they do indeed need "HELP". We have an abundance of qualified assistance right here on Hot Copper.

How about some definite news on rig availability, costs & spud date/s?
