Surely/hopefully this is a tongue in cheek comment!
If not, I wonder how V03 would interpret the court decision which basically stated "The Appellant shall pay the costs of the First and Second Respondents, together with AGS' own legal costs."

IMO the way forward is:

* Get a new truely independent Director who knows how to negotiate
* Negotiate a settlement
* Sell
