Is HC providing any support to these members?
When the legal beagles or any other authority contacts HC to request members' details, does HC immediately notify any member concerned? I understand that HC sometimes has no choice in providing details sought, but do believe that every member has the right to know if someone is seeking their details.
Does HC have implicit trust in HSF lawyers to use our donations in the spirit intended? A huge company. I note they have 620 employees world wide. I'm in favour of contributing to a fund to deflect these spurious actions because I believe free speech should be our right. Lets do it.
