funding approval, page-7

The overwhelming shareholder approval for the funding package is a very good sign....mostly because the largest shareholder chose to abstain rather than vote against the funding proposal. If I had to read between the lines that abstention is as good as a "yes" vote in my mind. I think it would be very difficult from a face perspective for the largest shareholder to vote "yes" for a financing package that they lost the opportunity to provide.

I see this as a sign that perhaps they are taking a long term view on the relationship with the company and possibly looking to develop one of YTC's other assets as a "Plan B"....one that they could farm in on and eventually earn control over in a mutually beneficial way. This would be a very positive outcome for everyone in a lot of different ways.

Not sure why the stock price hasnt reacted yet but things have never looked better for this company in my humble opinion. The construction of Hera moves full speed ahead....the only way it gets better (and it should be only a matter of time) is hitting some higher grade Cu in the Nymagee drilling program. I keep looking at PEX and cant help but be jealous of their drilling results, but I am also comforted in knowing that they sit in our backyard, so I think its only a matter of time and now we have the $$ to go find it.

If I am Rimas Karaitas I'll be walking into Mines and Money HK with a big swagger and looking forward to telling everyone this emerging story.
