adding to what Stauss has said, its worthwhile reading the various stages the Performance Shares kick in. The levels have not been chosen at random. And further, QPN aims to become a mid-tier producer.
Both of these are indicators of the possibilities.
Its been a long time since I estimated my future SP for QPN. Let me say its well north of 20c
