With every performance share that kicks in will make them work harder to get to the next one, when the performance shares kick, there's more shares so lower market cap...
Plus the MC has to stay where it is for a month before they are entitled to it, wonder if anyone will play games with that so it doesn't stay all month..
Anyway just hurry up to 19c SP, I want a new car... house... holiday...
