    Right on Venice, some need to take a moment and do what they appear to do very little of...think for a moment.

    Funding for a project before BFS is a massive deal and any funding deal by law needs to come via announcement so today's clarification is merely a means of management protecting themselves.

    Imo we will have an official ann re funding very soon
