Hi Lapdog,

It seems to me that they don't have an option regards making that P15 statement. The thing is that they just agreed to buy PEL445 from Arrow 'at a very good price' so It would appear to me that they are not too worried about running out of funds - and I imagine that such confidence relates to a probable UK deal of sorts that would involve a significant amount of cash - or the cornerstone investor / IPO is 'ready to go'. [ I think I would have preferred to see the new money before funds were committed.]

I hope I am not guilty of 'wishful thinking' or reading too much into what has actually been announced (with my rose colored glasses).
