trading halt cap raising, page-20

Hmmm - I have just read the announcement again and I got strange feeling of De Ja VU !

I initially read it tomorrow we will find out How much was raised $ what price it was raised at , was the offtake included, and who is the new investor !

CuDeco Limited wishes to halt trading of the securities of the Company pending anannouncement, in relation to capital raising. We request that the halt be lifted once the announcement is released before close of business tomorrow

But what if the halt is lifted to be replaced with an open ended suspension ? Something like the company is in negotiations with a number of parties but negotiation's are incomplete at this time . CDU feels its not in the interest of shareholders for the stock to be trading while these negotiation's are continuing .

Happened before - ! twice I believe - I really hope thats not the case - 50m shares at $3 or better is what I would like to hear - But long termers are probably more than happy for the stock not to trade for months on end given the global uncertainty and nervousness that took $25b of the ASX value today.
