If the events as portraited are true, Rhiando/Monoco would not be be held in very favourable lights with those amateurish attempts at directly writing to some BQT shareholders effectively giving them inside information as it is not generally available to the markets.
Surely if you are the merchant bankers involved in the capital raising, you would really think twice about their ability to carry it off.
If such a scenario does exist, Genner must be ready to accept the challenge though I am forced by recent events to believe that he may not be the right person to pull it off.
My simplistic understanding from the limited information available is that Monoco holds the patent to the idea which one would have thought can be easily varied though if any of us possess the legal knowledge of this particular area of IP, I would love to be enlightened.
