    If today announcement is the BIG ONE you have been anticipated then it is not a cracker. The market would believe it as genuine of the same offer of 8c is extended for minority holders.

    I won't call VRM's 19.9% deal at 8c is a seed capital. It is more like a strategic Option to have a 1st call at CCC's carcass in case of going belly up.
