If they are intending a merger acuisition then gone with with a consultant and put our hard earned into a technical expert that could have pushed our exploration and development in the correct direction as Imo we are severley lacking with the last results!!!
"knowledge of private and public financing markets as well as valuable insights into the North American energy industry" are not going to do much long term unless they are just going to buy sell and flip projects without doing much exploration........We need gas and oil technical savvy staff not a bunch of suits!!!
