Chubbito I guess it depends on whether management is allowed to. They just re-released the Securities Trading Policy. If management is in possession of price sensitive information (i.e. near complete Scoping Studies), then they can't buy on market.
Some support from M&G and Blackrock to soak up these annoying tiny trades that are driving the price down wouldn't go astray, assuming it's not M&G and Blackrock making those trades in the first place.
