of course it would be great to get above the current share price with no strings attached. Anyone who's been in the markets for longer than 5 minutes will look at the details in this $$ raising in the following order.

1) who's buying them

2) what is the company having to give up in return (off take details)

3) whats the "price" achieved after fee's etc

4) how much more $$ is needed (probably the biggest as Hoots said)

Don't take this as a negative "squad" members. All three may get an A+ from the market and it will be nice for the few holders I still speak to to get some decent news.

It's crazy I don't even own shares but I'm on pins & needles about what this announcement is going to say. Strange......
