    Hi Zacky,

I would not be soo concerned if I was you, but would be more concerned if Directors never sold their shares and took them to their graves with them.

Mr Buxton is a human being and just like you and I, would cash in shares so now and then and use the money for other things.

There is no reason to believe that he is selling his shares because he does not believe in the project, otherwise he would have sold all his shares long time ago imho.

On the other hand I have seen directors buying lots of shares in their companies , only to see the company going broke after a few years.
TMR was a great example and AYN is now on the brink going the same path imho.

Both companies directors bought in big , which you would think is bullish , but it became the opposite.

Follow the fundamentals of a company and not what directors doing, they are just like you and me, human.

I also have seen many times large holders selling out of a company and 6 months later the shareprice doubled.

Follow the fundamentals and the fundamentals of KDR are looking very good :)

You name another company in Australia with those high copper grades at shallow dept, and being surrounded with a number of conductors which if the geological setting is correct should come up with the same results.

If you know one other company please let me know , I will be all ears.

    good luck

    jojo
