Agree with what Rizzla wrote.
Funny about the approvals.
Last year when BHP did have a rig booked for SC55 there was nothing said about approvals delay.
BHP wriggled out of that well commitment by cancelling the rig contract due to non performance.
Interesting that the following day rate contract for that rig was the largest ever paid.
We're only getting OEL's spin on situation at the moment.
