Then they will say it is a spring test oer Wycoff method......blah....blah.
Then all of a sudden the SP "could" see a steady rise.

News could follow to substantiate the rise and the same lack of news will substantiate manipulation before rise in SP.

If it is not manipulation, of course legally, then why place such small orders of SELL/BUY.
