And don't forget, since that independent expert report, SDL has announced still more reserves, I/O price has risen, & derisked with the granting of 2 conventions.
If the 45c then was at the low ene, then it's below the low end now! There is every reason for the new T/O entity to pay at least 45c - even without any counters imo. I remain hopeful of a good, if slightly delayed outcome.
