Triva for all posters, as only 100 members will be present, if it's a tie,ie 50 votes each, they toss a coin.
I'm thinking that the convention is that the current leader abstains. I remember a recent liberal spill where the vote was tied and the leader had a casting vote [like the speaker] and voted himself out. If it is merely convention, Julia would defy it.
But I'm willing to be corrected here.
