ALDP successful applicants IMO would be considered by power stations esp LYP and Hazelwood as part of their Clean Energy Report to the Minister.
They have the advantage of over a month to analyse the results and considering that the finalists have already recieved government endorsement in the ALDP.
Meeting the criteria to obtain the millions in carbon credits BY INCLUDING 1 OR 2 of the finalists as part of the report ???
What company would say no with major power station endorseing their technology.
August 15th will be able to read about it.
Election 14th November
First payment tranch of 1.2 billion dollars to power stations September 2013.
