The top 20 shareholders own a little over 76% of the company (Annual Report) so a takeover will neeed to be closer to the actual value of the assets. 20 to 30 cents has no chance. If someone is manipulating the shares to get people to panic and sell they may be having luck with some but I don't think they will get the majority.

There has been a BOT working on CFE for many months now and I think that because of no sale or any other fantastic news coming out there has been great success with lowering the shareprice.

I'm holding for my capital returns or dividends and I think over the next few years that may very well get to my $2.00 mark.
