On top of what I just said...
You should already have received a Share Certificate (in the post) for your 5,000 Torque Mining Ltd shares. I received my certificate some time ago (mid-January from memory). However, unless they end up being listed on the ASX (or another exchange), their value will be a bit of an unknown factor ...
I assume that if the company (Torque) ends up being listed, you will be able to trade your 5,000 shares on the market without any problems ...
I would expect an announcement shortly detailing the outcome (so far) of the IPO and/or whether the offer period is to be extended ...
