She should have negotiated her Melbourne store better. Sounds like she failed and wants to blame someone else. Where in SoHo is she going? What's the store size? She leaves out the details of course.
People open retail stores or cafe's and expect them to make them mega rich and when they fail they blame high rents, penalty rates etc. Why don't they blame their poor business plan and lack of good management?
