It may also be that when the ILUA was approved on March 20, MNM was mailed a confirmation, hard copy which takes a day or two to reach IK?

Eitherway, this could be a blessing in disguise for some who doubted the ILUA and its a chance to get in early. We have been waiting a long time for this ILUA so I assume IK will be full speed ahead on this project...

I have friends who buy shares and they never want to buy during times like these....They always seem to buy after MNM has rallied hard for a few days AFTER news....

seems like this is a common practise by many. I like to buy cheap and if its possible to know the news before it arrives its like being dealt an ace in black jack IMO...
