Most shareholders here when you really think about it did not really support Howlongs takeover bid which was always a bit dodgy from the beginning, as we all believed that it did not maximize shareholder value.....
But..
In the absence of a superior bid most reluctantly accepted their involvement....
So..
If we are not going to run with Howlong Management need to seek out a superior deal...have they been doing this behind the scenes for the last 2 years...i hope so....if not we should stick with the game plan and seek the 45cents share..Whether the current Management at Howlong are still involved in this deal looks doubtful..but we are still in negotitions with Howlong arent we...
The resource and first mover advantage in a strategic location IMO will carry this project forward......China have indicated all along that they want this project to succeed....Whats the company worth to them...45cents a share ??
