Once the report has been finished and submitted to the company, exchange rules then require prompt disclosure. If the results of the trial have not been announced to the market, the only conclusion to be drawn is that the company does not yet have the report.

Now, your question conflates the status of the trial report with market action. Lots of luck with that! I know my crystal ball (and I do have one) is totally opaque - no help there!

As for your "typical price/volume traits" I can tell you that I have been around long enough (decades) to know that there ain't no such fish swimming in these waters.
