Yes, from what I understand they had 2 tranches of share placements to raise capital for drilling of DR-11. This was before the rise from yesterdays announcement. The share price was ranging between 1.2 and 1.5 cents prior to this, so 1.25 cents per share is NOT a heavy discount as many people will assume.
