decide before china's new head visits congo

The newly elected Chinese President is going to visit Congo as part of his first overseas visit. This is a VERY big event for China and Africa. I believe Chinese government would want to showcase the commitment of investing in Africa, Congo in particular. The SDL board should capitalize this opportunity and make a deal that's favorable to the shareholders or simply walk away before the visit. Do not get fooled again by NDRC. THey could well be involved right now just to drag out the deal to look good on President's visit and pull out or significantly reduce the bid afterwards.
