So they need $50 mil, 2 (farm-out) scenarios:
a) 90% in the farm-out and the partner pays it all, WHN retains 10%
b) 50% in farm-out, 50/50 share of expenses and drill costs. WHN SP remains depressed until CR.
(and that is without spend required on WA and VIC)
