we all know drilling for oil/gas is one of the hardest things to do. you don't have a sign on your land that say's "drill here and you'll discover oil/gas".

if you want you can call their prospects as wildcats which can have a success rate 1:2, 1:3 >

i'm about as confident as can be that they'll find a huge resource (multiple).
