Forged, many people will move their business if they can pay half the rent. Economic rents are squeezing margins for many businesses. Ofcourse many businesses require a physical location, but you've missed the point entirely. Economic rents this high aren't good for our economy, only the person getting the rent. An anecdote about your friend and not being able to get a haircut online is neither here nor there.
