it's a good announcement to read. however, i was just puzzled by the market reaction as the sp seems to be lower today, although it's a low volume.
with a very positive news fromt the sledge hamar and more news to come from the forbes project this month, and a more likely announcement from the jack hamar project, i believe that OPL should go up, up and away. what do you think?
