Au to Ag ratio = (gold price Ă· silver price) x (gold recovery Ă· silver recovery)
= (1608.4 / 28.7) x (.90 /.80)
= 63.047
Au Eq: 200g/t /63 = 3.17g/t
Conclusion: plenty of upside to JORC at lower cut-off. Indeed open cut should be closer or even lower than 100g/t cutoff which would produce a 1.59/t au eq
