South Africa is amending the Mining and Petroleum Act . which includes the dissolution of PASA (Petroleum Agency Of South Africa )whose functions will be taken over by the
Department of Mineral Resources , as well as giving the government a free carry in Petroleum projects.

All this has no bearing on Cels, Shell's or Falcon/Chevrons exclusive rights to their exploration rights other than a delay until such legislation is passed.This legislation is expected to be tabled in the 2Q.

Cel has stated that their farm in is to be concluded once the exploration right is awarded.

There is therefore no logic behind the fall in Cels share price other than people becoming frustrated at lack of news or ignorance of the facts.A potential $2.5 billion in sales to Cel after a farm in if gas is proven (50% of 8.5 tcf) , and market cap is $22 million ?
