Further it is absurd that a month is allowed before hearing an appeal, which if were successful would mean further months to determine the appeal. Ridiculous - since the appeal was lodged a day late, if for whatever reason the right to appeal was granted, that should be sorted out in 5 minutes using the documents that were delivered late. This was orchestrated to achieve the maximum disruption by stretching out the process as long as possible. And these shenanagens suggest the poor sods that lodged late would then get another crack at redrafting any appeal dragging it out even further. Any serious judicial system would just throw the entire appeal out now rather than waste more time and money which appear to be the favourite activity of government and legal bodies. What's going on here couldn't be more obvious and surely there must be some mechanism to seek recourse through damages suffered.
